Jack Lewis Real Estate Bio
Jack last spoke to TuscREIA in June 2021, the first live meeting after the COVID shut down. The topic then was How to Properly Screen Tenants. So, what do you do after screening and selection of a new tenant? You have sign them up with a lease and additional forms. The next meeting will be about the forms to use when signing new people up. It starts with the Application and then the Lead Based Paint, Smoke Detector and Furnace Filter, Security Deposit Agreement and Rent Condition Checklist Forms. Do you allow animals in your rentals.
