Welcome to the TuscREIA website!
We are the Tuscarawas County Real Estate Investors Association (TuscREIA), educating local real estate investors and housing providers.
The purpose of a REIA is to provide networking opportunities, educational events, to advocate on behalf of the industry, to help members connect with the local community and to bring buying power to the members in the form of local and national discounts.
Why should you join TuscREIA? Because no one enters the real estate investing market knowing everything. You will quickly discover at meetings and events that one of the most valuable assets of a TuscREIA membership is the opportunity to network with other like-minded individuals involved in investing and running real estate businesses day-to-day.
Everyone from a newbie investor to the most experienced investor members learn from each other and our members are encouraged to share their knowledge.
Additionally, if you are a member of TuscREIA you also are a member of OREIA – the Ohio Real Estate Investors Association which allows us to add our voice with hundreds of other real estate investors around Ohio to provide positive influence on the legislative process that affects us as investors.
